New in bag, Hawaiian hula grass skirt costume for fancy dress. These are one size, lengths of plastic 'grass' with an elastic waistband, secured with hook and loop tape. There are artificial flowers glued along the waistband. We accidentally ordered more than we needed, so hoping there are other people out there looking for these. They are all in bags, as new. If you buy any of these, they will come bagged. We took one out of a bag for the photos only. You are buying a skirt only. There are no other parts to this costume, only the one skirt per bag.
