I did see one imperfection with the sewing on this item (pictured). This was orchard new without packaging. Please reach out with any questions. This is a size M (probably best for 4T or 5T). There is a fabric skirt layer topped with a sparkly layer, then the top blue/gold fabric. It's a fun dress-up costume if you have a little one who loves to be a superhero on a day to day basis like mine does!
