Please see all photos and enlarge. New, opened, attempted to put it on my Shar pei and it just was far too small, it suggests it would fit a spaniel or beagle. My dogs small for his breed but has a broad chest and it just didn't fit it measures 12" laid flat across the chest, Its 22" a long the back and 9" legs
